SILVER HEIGHTS
Family Reserve Chardonnay 2017
Aged for 6 months in new Burgundy barrels, this Chardonnay has a lovely pop corn and brioche aspect. A wonderful fusion on fruitness with aromas of tropical fruit, a nice smoothy moothfeel and a silky finish on the palate
Family Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon
This red wine of Silver Heights offers a fresh and balanced attack with fruit notes such as blackcurrant and cherry with a delicate herbal dimension. The palate shows spicy notes and a subtle green pepper and dark chocolate flavors.
XIGE ESTATE
Jade Dove 2017, Chardonnay
We loved this white wine ! It has a fresh character with grapefruit, melon and jasmine aromas. And it shows a good balance of fruits, sweet and sour, as well as creamy and toasted notes on the finish
He Lan Hong n28 2017, Cabernet Sauvignon
We really appreciated its very aromatic nose, with expressive aromas of ripped dark fruit such as blackberry or blackcurran as well as chocolatet. We also liked the oak notes of vanilla that gives complexity to the wine
CHANDON CHINA
Chandon Brut, 70% Chardonnay, 30% Pinot Noir
We loved its deep nose of tropical and citrus aromas combined with a honeyed and toasty character. It has also beautiful notes of fresh flowers on the palate.
Chandon Rosé, 60% Chardonnay, 40% Pinot Noir
This sparkling rosé has amazing aromas of red fruit such as cherry and strawberry. It has also lovely notes of rose petal on the nose. A good balance between sweetness and acidity with persistent bubble.
HO-LAN SOUL
Reserved Organic Marselan 2015
It has an intense nose intermixing dark berries and green aromas. And it’s the first time we tasted the clove flavor. The herbal and oak flavors were too pronounced for us.
Helan mountain
Premium Collection 2016, Chardonnay
Intense nose marrying melon, pear, apricot aromas and elegant oaky notes of vanilla and caramel. Very mellow oaky for a very compelling Chardonnay!
Premium Collection 2017, Cabernet Sauvignon
First we loved the ruby colour of this wine. It offers a velvety texture with spicy fragrance and intense fruity notes with blackberry and cherry aromas. The Cabernet Sauvignon of Helan Mountain also has round and exquisite tannins.
